We aim to provide a seamless living experience for our residents by offering transparency in all associated fees. Below, you’ll find a comprehensive breakdown of fees related your residency. Understanding these charges will help you manage your living expenses effectively.

  • Application Fees and Deposits

    • Application Fee - $65 per leaseholder, nonrefundable 
    • Deposit - $200-400, credit based 
    • Administrative Fee -$199 

  • Utilities

    • Water/Sewer - Allocated
    •  Electric – Required in resident’s name by any provider that services this area
    •  Cable/internet – Optional

  • Pet Information

    We are proud to be partnering with Pet Screening, where pets are ranked through the third party company. Below are a range of applicable fees:


    • Pet Rent - $25-50/month/pet 

    • Pet Fee - $400-750 for the 1st pet; 2nd pet is 50%
